Use and user conflicts

Make a survey of the use of the water resources and the water-related areas around streams, rivers, lakes or coasts. Raise awareness of what conflicts of interests may exist between different user interest and between those who want to protect and those who want to use the areas. Obtain information about user conflicts and make suggestions for solutions.
